Administers Nonprofit Fundraising Registration and Compliance with state authorities to ensure transparency and fiscal accountability. Assembles and disseminates documentation, evaluations and other required information for Charity Evaluator Agencies. Oversees donor job campaigns to develop schedules and budgets; procures supplies; fosters net-positive data selection details and approvals; manages letter shop processes; prepare job costs; analyzes results. Develops detailed and comprehensive instructions for direct response campaigns, analyzing complex mail plans to craft and process purchase orders for letter shops, print shops, and premium vendors, incorporating a wide range of component specifications, process requirements, postal directives, and general ledger allocations. Oversees logistics mailing processes to ensure certification through USPS; procurement of trucks for BMC shipment; assures postal verification and pickup of appeal and acquisition mailings; serves as postal liaison for donor and acquisition mailings. Systematizes and archives departmental records, samples and aging inventory. Organizes collection of program/participant story information, photo and media releases for direct response appeals and email campaigns.
Requirements: Associates degree in related field. 4 or more years of successful experience in job related field, or the equivalent combination of education and experience. CAP offers competitive pay and benefits.
