Registered Nurse PT Hospice

A staff nurse who serves as a member of the interdisciplinary team and provides skilled nursing care to hospice patients through a systematic assessment of health needs. Teaches families and other primary care persons appropriate care techniques. Maintains regular communication with the interdisciplinary team, attending physician, medical director and clinical director concerning patients and families.
