ERP Dynamics AX Support Analyst
Sealy, Inc. of Trinity, North Carolina is seeking a full-time, permanent ERP Dynamics AX Support Analyst in Lexington, Kentucky, who will configure and implement both technically and functionally the Dynamics AX for Retail module; provide architecture for the configuration of Retail Headquarter and Store Server components; document text cases and activity diagrams for business requirement specifications; recommend business process and improvements in the system; software development using X++; deploy Touch Peak Software in AX and mPOS for VeriFone devices; setup/Configure VeriFOne devices in stores; maintain ManageEngine software for monitoring services from HQ to store servers; install Hotfixes for mPOS and AX; support RFSmart in the retail AX environment; provide On-Call Support for AX and stores related issues in the retail AX environment; provide Go-Live support for new retail stores; utilize MSSQL to partially administer databases, backup and restore databases for AX/mPOS, write SQL for data retrieval and manipulation, create and maintain SSRS custom reports, and develop software using SQL and SSRS. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or similar field and a minimum of two years relevant experience.
