Entry level Desktop Support Technician/ Programmer with emphasis on C# and SQL
The Desktop Technician’s role is to provide a single point of contact for end users to receive support and maintenance within the organization's desktop computing environment. This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining and upgrading all PC hardware and equipment to ensure optimal workstation performance. The person will also troubleshoot problem areas (in person, by telephone, or via email) in a timely and accurate fashion, and provide end-user assistance where required. They will work in conjunction with the IT Director to maintain a system of 80+ computers and virtual servers. C# and SQL needed to work on a custom CRM database. There will be some work with web site design and development. The position does require some after hours work on occasion.
Familiarity with the following programs is an advantage but not required:
Microsoft Office 2016 Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint; C# ,SQL server 2012, Microsoft Exchange server 2013, , Print servers, Windows Server 2012, Active Directory, Terminal Services, Corel Draw 18, Corel Photo Paint 18, AutoCAD Inventor, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop.
Minimum Requirements: Associate Degree or 2-years’ experience in IT related field.
