This includes meeting your delivery, stocking, and JIT shipping requirements. We have wire feed headers which allow for high speed production with repetitive tolerances in the cold forging process. Our cold forge rolling process also allows for high speed production with repetitive uniform dimensions. What is Cold Forging? Cold Forging is a high speed forming solution that reduces scrap. It uses Coiled Steel Wire so feeding speeds are high. It promotes repetitive tolerances so parts are uniform in shape and dimensions. This keeps prices at a very competitive level. Thread Rolling also has many of the same cost saving value as the cold forging heading operations. Material cost savings, improved thread strength, constant quality and reduced manufacturing costs are some of the benefits of the cold forging methods we use.
