ASSOCIATE HOA COMMUNITY MANAGER
Management Company is seeking a PROFESSIONAL AND RELIABLE MANAGER to oversee a portfolio Community Associations in the San Diego County.
The Role: Responsible for the overall supervision of a portfolio of 9-11 community associations, and has contact with Boards of Directors, Homeowners, and private contractors serving the association. The Associate Manager will interact with clients, including homeowners, vendors, board members, and committee members.

Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing, scanning, and distributing Board Meeting Agenda Packets
- Attend Regular and Annual Association meetings, and complete minutes
- Field phone calls and respond to inquiries from homeowners and vendors
- Update regularly calendars and records of the Association
- Communicate with vendors at direction of management to obtain bids for HOA maintenance
- Create vendor work order and track completion when requested by the board of directors
- Conduct inspection of building facilities and/or association property
- Provide recommendations to Board regarding capital expenditures to maintain desired appearance and maintenance
- Maintain HOA calendar for inspections, renewals of insurance and meeting dates
- Complete financial data review
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS
CCAM designation is preferred.

Computer Skills: Microsoft Office, Adobe PDF, and Internet
HOA Management Software (AppFolio)
Superior verbal and written communication skills
Provide excellent customer service
