Routine custodial and groundskeeping maintenance positions open. Work includes cleaning vacant apartments and offices, moving furniture, and providing general labor. Applicants should have experience in the methods and equipment used in custodial cleaning. Mowing, edging, trimming and raking will be required. Should have some experience in general maintenance of mowers, blowers and chain saws. The ability to follow oral and written instructions and perform moderately heavy manual work required. Should be able to show the ability to maintain good working relationships with other employees, supervisors, and tenants. Must possess a valid KY driver license.

The beginning salary is $27,000.00, with excellent fringe benefits.
