The minimum salary is $60,136.96 annually

This is an exempt position not eligible for overtime; however, compensatory time is granted for hours worked in excess of forty (40) hours per week

The purpose of this classification is to provide comprehensive therapeutic interventions, treatment services, mental health assessments and complex case management services to court involved and/or at risk youth at the Audrey Grevious Center.


  • Master's degree in Social Work
  • Two (2) years of experience in social work
  • Valid Clinical Social Work License (LCSW) from the Kentucky Board of Social Work
  • Valid driver's license


  • Provides advanced individual and group clinical treatments services and therapy using modalities such as cognitive behavior therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, motivational interviews, and psycho-educational and evidence based interventions
  • Conduct client assessments to develop individual treatment plan with goals and objectives which reflect risk and protective factors
  • Performs crisis intervention and advanced risk assessments such as risk of suicidal and homicidal thoughts, plans, and behaviors as needed
  • Coordinates treatment team meetings with youth, his/her family or guardian, and other community service providers to communicate clinical issues, progresses, parenting goals and practices, and recommendations
  • Develops and maintains accurate and timely records for all clients including, but not limited to treatment plans, weekly progress reports, and database (CMIS) records
  • Transports and escorts clients to essential appointments and provides assistance to families as needed
  • Performs related work as assigned


  • Valid Clinical Social Worker License (LCSW) from the Commonwealth of Kentucky
  • Valid driver's license
  • First Aid and CPR Certifications must be obtained within first six (6) months of employment and maintained as a condition of continued employment.
  • Safe Crisis Management must be obtained within first six (6) months of employment and maintained as a condition of continued employment.


All positions require drug testing, background check, and Child Abuse and Neglect (CAN) check, State and National sex offender registry checks before employment and may require a post-job offer physical.
