GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The purpose of this position is to direct treatment at the Audrey Grevious Center by developing day to day programming, facilitating team meetings, treatment interventions, and staff meetings.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Master's degree in Social Work; and, a minimum of four (4) years of experience in clinical social work.

Must possess a valid Clinical Social Work License (LCSW) from the state of Kentucky.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Completes intakes and assessments on all incoming clients.

Creates master schedule and individual student schedules.
-
Clinical supervision of social work staff in provision of individual and group counseling.
-
Provides crisis intervention services, as needed, for clients.
-
Develops, conducts, and/or coordinates training for treatment staff.
-
Guides and develops day to day programming, including special activities and events, and acts as a liaison with agencies within the juvenile justice system.

Plans, directs, and supervises the work of social work staff.
-
Acts as program administrator in his/her absence.
-
Performs related work as assigned.
SPECIAL LICENSE/CERTIFICATION
- Must possess a valid Clinical Social Work License (LCSW) from the state of Kentucky.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Individuals recommended for employment will be required to submit to a background check and drug screening. In addition, the Divisions of Family Services and Youth Services will require individuals recommended for employment to submit to a Child Abuse and Neglect Registry (CAN) check. Individuals should be of sobriety and integrity, orderly and law abiding citizens and inasmuch as some employees will be working with minors, those individuals who haves offenses of sodomy or other similar or related offenses or incidents with minors will not be considered for employment.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The purpose of this position is to assist Early Child Care Teachers in the implementation of a developmentally appropriate curriculum in accordance with state and national accreditation standards.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Associates Degree in early childhood education or closely related field, or hold a current Child Development Associate Credential (CDA) issued by the Council for Professional Recognition; and, a minimum of two (2) years of experience working in a child care setting serving children from birth to 5 years of age. Additional education may substitute for the experience requirement, but additional experience cannot substitute for the education requirement.

Within the first three (3) months of employment, must complete the following training provided by a Kentucky Credentialed Trainer, as required by Kentucky Day Care Licensing and Regulations:

Orientation 1 and 2; and,

Pediatric Head Trauma training.

Pediatric First Aid and CPR Certifications must be obtained within first six (6) months of employment and maintained as a condition of continued employment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Provides a safe, healthy, positive, and developmentally appropriate learning environment.

Establishes and maintains positive relationships with parents and families.

Provides input on the creation and implementation of lesson plans; assists with classroom observations and assessments; and, completes paperwork to include attendance, time submission, and incident reports.

Transports and/or monitors students being transported, as needed.

Performs the essential functions of Early Childcare Teacher, as needed.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The purpose of this position is to manage public infrastructure projects by performing advanced level engineering duties that protect the welfare of the public and the environment for capital, residential, and/or commercial development and construction, from conception to completion.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in civil, mining, electrical, agricultural, mechanical, or related engineering field; and, a minimum of six (6) years of professional engineering experience; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Additional education may substitute for experience, but additional experience cannot substitute for the education requirement.

Valid Driver's License

Must be licensed as a state certified Professional Engineer. Those with an equivalency from another state must obtain Professional Engineer licensure from the Commonwealth of Kentucky within six (6) months of employment as a condition for permanent appointment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Manages major projects involving preparation, review, and supervision of designs, specifications, plans, contracts, applications, estimates, and reports involved in the construction and operation of a wide variety of civil engineering work such as sanitary and/or storm sewers, streets and roads, structures, or buildings.

Ensures projects conform to design specifications and regulatory standards; directs or conducts field surveys, inspections, and/or evaluations.

Coordinates with and advises other divisions, departments, agencies, and the administration.

Attends meetings, investigates complaints, and answers questions from the public.

May supervise the work of subordinates and/or contractors.

Performs related work as assigned.
