About the Outside Sales Representative:

As an Outside sales representative for Lexington Blue, you will build your own book of business as well as handle your customers needs. This means you're the main point of contact between your customer and their insurance company and if you're a problem-solver and have the drive to financial freedom then this sales career is for you. Your job as a Outside Sales Representative:

  • Perform residential and roof inspections to determine the root cause of issues

  • Respond to customers needs for roof related issues

  • Support homeowners through the insurance claim process

  • Write estimates and manage projects for clients

  • Be honest and proactive in all of your communications

What do you need to get in the door at Lexington Blue?

  • Comfortable with heights and the ability to climb a ladder

  • Strong Selling, communication, and negotiation skills 

  • Determination to work harder than other sales representatives around you 

  • We prefer some sales experience, but we have top sales representatives with diverse background to coach you through your journey
