The Housekeeper works to complete all cleaning tasks as deemed necessary by their supervisor. Their work includes removing trash from the facility, mopping floors, dusting surfaces, vacuuming carpets, cleaning walls and glass, cleaning and sanitizing restrooms and various other public and office spaces.

This position pays $14. hourly plus quarterly leasing bonuses on your check. 12 Paid Holidays, 2 Weeks paid vacation, and Health benefits. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Must be able to work a full shift / required work schedule
    • This includes extended hours during turnover period
  • Ensure completion of daily checklists
  • Maintain interior cleanliness and overall curb appeal for the property
  • Clean tour route of property twice daily
  • Arrange small pieces of furniture for staging purposes
  • Clean all surfaces in elevators, if applicable
  • Sanitize and clean fitness equipment
  • Mop and vacuum daily in all areas required
  • Ensure all amenity areas stay clean and presentable throughout the day


  • High School or equivalent education preferred


  • Proficient in simple computer tasks

Physical Demands

  • Maintaining body equilibrium to prevent falling when walking, standing or crouching on narrow or slippery surface.
  • Substantial movements (motion) of the wrist, hands, and/or fingers in a repetitive manner
  • Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally to lift, carry, pull, or otherwise move objects
  • Bending, stooping and reaching several times through a shift.
  • Must be able to see clearly with or without corrected vision.
  • Ability to drive to and from client locations, this may involve sitting for extended periods of time.
  • Manual dexterity sufficient to reach/handle items and work with the fingers
  • Close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less); distance vision (clear vision at 20 feet or more); color vision (ability to identify and distinguish colors)

Work Environment

  • Working in both indoor and outdoor environments with occasionally being present in an air conditioned space.
  • Moderate noise

Work Hours/Schedule

  • Normal work hours with weekdays and weekend days assigned based on a 40+-hour workweek.
