• Base salary during training: $38,000
• Once completed, $38,000 plus performance driven quarterly incentive program.

• Complete a training and mentoring program.

• Manage relationships with customers and providers.
• Utilize innovative technology to deliver uninterrupted peace of mind to our customers.
• Troubleshoot customers’ maintenance needs; verify quality work, create value, offer answers with urgency.

What you need to apply:

• STRONG work ethic and a can-do attitude.
• The desire to work in a performance driven, customer centric culture.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in education and experience.
• Ability to multitask, especially to talk comfortably on the phone.
• Enjoy working with and innovating through technology.
• Familiar with utilizing data and analytics to guide decisions, Microsoft Excel experience very helpful.
