Reporting and work relationships: Reports to the Director of Human Resources; Works as a team member int eh Office of Human Resources.
The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for performing technical and professional support work in the development, implementation and maintenance of human resources functions. The position serves as a team member and is responsible for the coordination of various duties in the Office of Human Resources as it relates to the accomplishment of the Council's mission, goals and objectives. This position will specifically be responsible for the recruitment, employee relations, payroll and Human Capital Management (HCM) and ChildPlus data entry and tracking. The position assists in ensuring the Council's compliance with applicable statutes, regulations and policies governing the Council's human resources operations.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration. Must have at least two years of experience as human resources generalist. Must be able to demonstrate competency in Excel and Word programs.
Salary Range: $19.81 - $21.79 (Hourly)
