Center Manager
This position has day-to-day management and operational responsibilities for a neighborhood or community center; including planning, budgeting, program management, community outreach, community collaboration, advisory and parent committee development, customer service, 360 degrees’ leadership, staff selection, training and evaluation.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in social or behavioral science or related field required. Graduate degree in social or behavioral science preferred. Five (5) years of human service delivery experience and at least two (2) years of management and supervision are required. Demonstrated community leadership and advocacy skills highly desired. People oriented and the ability to work cross-functionally. Multi-cultural experience in service delivery and experience in family or child development is highly desirable.

Salary: $49,566.40 - $54,523.04 (plus excellent benefits)
10% salary differential for bilingual applicants (English/Spanish)
