Human Resources Manager

The City of Rensselaer seeks to hire a full-time Human Resources Manager responsible for employee benefits, union negotiation and execution, City of Rensselaer Civil Service functions, administering the terms of the City of Rensselaer Personnel Manual, and keeping current personnel files on all City employees. Qualifications: BA in Public Administration or Business with two year experience in employment or personnel programs; or six years of experience covering all aspects of a comprehensive personnel program, two years of which are at a professional level.
