Possess general level of expertise in ophthalmologic, orthopedic and psychiatric conditions as would be experienced by a General Medical Officer. Possess and maintain a current full, unlimited, and unencumbered state medical license issued by a state or territory of the United States, and a Board Certification from an American Board of Medic al Specialties (ABMS) member Board, during the execution of this contract.
