As an Employee Owner and a Collections Specialist in our Accounting Department, you will be responsible for performing the following duties:
- Processing customer credit applications
- Monitoring customer credit limits and outstanding customer balances
- Collecting payments
- Handling all accounting inquiries relating to customer accounts (inquiries may come from customers or AHP employees)
Requirements:
- An Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
- Two years of related experience and/or training OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- This individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to learn our ERP system.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
