Department Overview The Children's Clinic provides a range of services from well-child care to educational and outreach programs. They care for children with complex medical, psychosocial problems, and acute and chronic childhood illnesses. They also provide developmental, behavioral, nutritional assessment and guidance, and parent education. Position Summary Provides supervision of the daily operations of departments requiring business expertise, assuring goals are obtained through planning, implementing and directing programs, procedures, systems and support personnel. This role will support 1-2 clinics or specialty(ies), requiring regular travel several days each week to sites in the Metro area. This is a working supervisor role with 30-50% business operations. Qualifications Required: High school graduate or equivalent Leadership experience Preferred: AA degree plus 1 years of supervisory/management experience Pediatrics, ambulatory care setting Specialty experience, where applicable Knowledge, skills & abilities: Driving execution of key goals Inspiring & empowering others Attracting & retaining talent Fostering open dialogue & teamwork, building relationships A passion for learning Strong critical thinking & analytical skills Excellent communication *Development of standard work, policies & procedures All job offers are contingent upon successful completion of an occupational health assessment, drug screen, background investigation, and compliance with the U.S. Government Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification.
