Essential Anesthesia Management is looking for an independent-minded, service-oriented CRNA to join its CRNA team at Christus San Marcos. We are looking to add one full time W2 CRNA to replace one of our CRNAs due to relocation. Come join our group of tenured group of 9 CRNAs and 2 MDs.

Located less than an hour from both Austin and San Antonio, Christus San Marcos is a multi-specialty facility that offers a wide scope of medical services. This is a single community hospital location with case types including general surgery, orthopedic, Endo/GI, OB/GYN. This is a level 4 trauma center with OB deliveries averaging <75 month.

CRNA compensation is 260K on a W2 with 11 weeks off per year + post call days! CRNAs cover 5 sites of service daily. Call rotates between CRNAs with post call day off! EAM covers medical malpractice and offers medical benefits on day 1, 401K with a 4% match and immediate vest, CME and licensing allowance, employer paid short term disability and more!
