Customer Service Representative
Customer Service Representatives are an essential part of the Above the Bar team.
They build relationships with our customers, answer phones, greet customers and create a friendly, fun environment. Customer Service Representatives inform customers about our programs, coaches and assist them in finding the best programs for their children.
Requirements: Must be friendly, and fun with a positive attitude. Must enjoy greeting people, building relationships, and working in an environment with kids. Must have good verbal and written skills, computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, email, social media skills are a plus!), and the ability to problem solve. ATB provides training. Experience with kids preferred. Must be available M-F afternoon/evenings (3-7:30PM), Saturdays 9AM to Noon and some weekends afternoons for birthday parties.
