Why PeopleOne Health:

If you’re seeking a new and innovative way to care for people in a more inclusive way, our direct primary care medical office is ready to speak with you. The perfect candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter looking for a rewarding role focused on investing time in diagnosing, healing and educating their patients. PeopleOne Health is focused on members, not numbers. That means members spend more time with their care team at each visit, and have access to services like an onsite pharmacist, registered dietitian, mental health screenings, and virtual specialist visits in the PeopleOne Health office with their physician. Our goal is to deliver exceptional care and service to every member, every day.

PeopleOne Health is seeking a Medical Director who is board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics to lead our Central Florida locations. The candidate must be experienced in adult medicine and pediatrics. The candidate must be passionate about providing full spectrum primary care and dedicated to providing patients with access to our resources that will help them make better choices related to their health and wellness. Joining our team will give you more time with your patients, a smaller patient panel, fewer administrative and insurance related tasks, and the opportunity to work within a team of professionals who are equally as passionate about delivering a more human centered approach to health care.

This position will require the provision of patient care 3 days a week in our Belle Isle office. Travel to our other 3 locations in Orange County up to 2 days a week will be required to provide clinical leadership for the team at our other Orlando locations. Additionally, the Medical Director will lead the clinical team at our Putnam County location (virtual or on site option). Duties will include chart review, training/onboarding new physician/APP hires, and collaborating with operations and medical leadership for development of new policies and procedures to provide outstanding clinical care and patient experiences. In addition to these duties, the medical director will have regular meetings with the physician/APP team in the region, as well as the Chief Medical Officer. In the state of Florida, additional responsibilities are pursuant to Florida Statute 400.9935 - Clinic Responsibilities.
