Facility, an award winning, nationally recognized, non-profit, integrated healthcare system is recruiting a top MIS/ Bariatric Surgeon for our team in beautiful Harrisonburg, VA. Facility's Medical Center is located on a 254-acre site in the Shenandoah Valley. Opened in 2010, a 238-bed, all private room, not-for-profit hospital that has served its community for over 100 years in this beautiful university town.
Position Details:
- The surgical team is complimented by robust staff support for both general surgery and our accredited bariatric program.
- In addition to a fully staffed general surgery clinic, there is a well-established and highly experienced team dedicated to the bariatric program including RN support, multiple clerical support staff, a nurse practitioner, along with a registered dietician.
- We are prepared to activate a bariatric marketing campaign and have a long waitlist of patients eager to take the next steps in their weight loss journey.
- Must be willing to take general surgery call.
