Otolaryngology Physician Job with Ephraim McDowell Health in Danville, KY

This is a Three Year Employed Agreement with Ephraim McDowell Health Resources:

• Year One and Year Two: Guaranteed Salary based on local market conditions. 
• Year Three: Base plus wRVU productivity based on local market conditions. 
• Health Insurance- two options for health insurance coverage(begins immediately)
• Paid Time Off - 8 hours accrued per pay period (begins immediately)
• Sick Time Off – 6 hours accrued per pay period (begins 90 days after hire)

• Continuing medical education allowance annually.  In addition, 5 days of CME time are allotted without impacting paid time off.
