Title Clerk/Admin Assistant - Indian Motorcycle of Lexington

Powersport enthusiast LOOK HERE! Indian Motorcycle of Lexington is seeking an Administrative Assistant/Title Clerk to join our team. We continue to build operations to support an elite team of Powersports experts!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Process all new and used vehicles for registration in the state in which they will be titled.
• Prepare tax and title documents.
• Submit all legal transfer work to the Department of Motor Vehicles.
• Provide due diligence in overall title work processing and administration
• Assist the General Manager with daily administrative tasks
• Unit inventory processing
• Bank deposits
• Other assigned tasks as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Documentation Specialist a PLUS
• Prior experience as Title Clerk
• Dealership experience preferred
• Motorcycle license a plus
• Driver's license with clean driving record
