Job Overview:
For over two decades King Jesus International Ministry (KJM or the Ministry) has been bringing the
supernatural power of God to Miami, the United States and to the world. KJM is seeking a highly
motivated and passionate Events Director who will be responsible for all aspects of the Ministrys event
production, ensuring seamless program delivery and exceptional experiences for our congregants, our
pastors, and our guests. Working closely with multiple teams, the Events Director will also support the
vision of the Senior Pastor and align events with the spiritual direction and vision of the Ministry.
The scope of work for this position also includes dedicated event management, onsite lead and event
production, and development and ownership of timelines and budgets. This position requires the ability
to work smart in a fast-paced, high-pressure, nimble, and customer service-centered environment while
also being an enthusiastic team player with high integrity and diplomacy.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Leads a team responsible for overseeing the end-to-end execution of various religious events
and services at the Ministry, ensuring seamless logistics, high-quality production, and great
guest experience.
Collaborates with various leadership teams to define and meet event goals and implement
them.
Develops comprehensive event plans, strategies, project plans, logistics and activities to fulfill
the Ministrys mission.
Creates, manages event budgets, including forecasting expenses, negotiating contracts with
vendors, and allocating and tracking expenditures to ensure fiscal responsibility and
accountability.
Leads the execution of ticketing strategies for all ticketed conferences, working collaboratively
with the marketing and ministry teams to optimize attendance and enhance engagement.
Works closely with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies to
drive attendance and engagement for events.
Provides post event reporting and analysis.

Professional Qualifications
Strong event management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects
simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Speak and write fluently in Spanish and English
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to details and good problem-solving skills
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Able to lift and/ or move up to 50-100 lbs and work in environments exposed to wet or humid
conditions related and unrelated to weather.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to support event activities.
Ability to travel locally, nationally and internationally.

Education and/or Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or a related field,
or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in event management

Agree to be an active participant in King Jesus International Ministry.
Be a born-again Christian who conducts affairs in accordance with the Bible and maintains a
lifestyle consistent with the Scriptures.

power of God to this generation, and that part of their responsibilities as a church employee
includes being considered a spiritual leader in the church.
