Job Description
Located in Tampa, FL
Gunster seeks a full-time Corporate Paralegal in its Tampa Bayshore office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Forming, dissolving, merging and maintaining records for corporations partnerships and limited liability companies
- Preparing and filing IRS forms for new entities
- Preparing governmental agencies reports
- Audit letter requests
- Corporate resolutions and partnership actions
- Reviewing purchase/sale agreements
- Drafting closing lists and organizing closing documents
- Researching state corporate statutes and securities laws
- Performing due diligence activities
Must have:
- Four years of relevant experience
- Excellent computer, written and verbal communication skills
Florida Registered Paralegal preferred
