As a server at Cobblestone, you enjoy the hustle and bustle of our dining room. When guests are seated, you provide top-notch table service, take food orders, make drink recommendations, and answer any questions they may have about our menu offerings. Throughout the meal, you communicate with our guests to ensure that they are pleased with the food and service. As you anticipate needs, you provide excellent customer service and ensure that requests are taken care of promptly. At the end of your shift, you are sure to complete any side work and closeout tasks.

Some responsibilities include but not limited to

• Greet and acknowledge members and guests.
• Is knowledgeable about the menu, buffet and wine list.
• Ability to time the service of each course.
• Learns members' names and their special preferences.
• Knowledge of wines and spirits.
• Knowledge of and ability to perform required role during emergency situations.

In addition to providing great service, you keep our tables and dining room clean and organized. Your attention to detail and passion for customer service are essential to keeping things running smoothly.
