As a Sushi Chef at Kosen, a renowned Japanese Omakase experience restaurant, your unique role will encompass both crafting exquisite sushi creations in our Omakase dining experience and engaging directly with guests in the dining room. Your exceptional sushi craftsmanship, interpersonal skills, and passion for delivering an authentic Japanese culinary journey will elevate the dining experience to new heights. Essential Functions: including but not limited to;

Sushi Creation and Presentation:

• Create an array of artful and flavorful sushi dishes that showcase your mastery of traditional Japanese techniques and innovative flavors.
• Ensure the highest taste, quality, and presentation standards in every piece of sushi crafted.

Guest Interaction:

• Engage with guests in the dining room, providing insights into the sushi preparation process, answering questions, and enhancing their overall experience.
• Deliver exceptional guest service by maintaining a friendly, approachable demeanor and accommodating guest preferences.

Collaborative Coordination:

• Collaborate closely with the culinary team to ensure a seamless and synchronized dining experience, aligning the timing of sushi courses with other dishes.
• Communicate effectively with the front-of-house team to coordinate guest interactions and service flow.

Quality and Hygiene Standards:

• Uphold rigorous food safety and hygiene practices throughout sushi preparation and service.
• Maintain a clean and organized sushi station, adhering to cleanliness and sanitation standards.

Menu Innovation and Creativity:
