Registered Nurse

Our Client is seeking Five highly skilled Registered Nurses to join their team near Mount Crawford, VA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing quality patient care and promoting a positive patient experience. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing diagnostic tests, and managing patient records
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
Educate patients and their families about their conditions and treatment plans
Monitor and report changes in patient's condition and response to treatment
Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and protocols
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain a safe and clean work environment

Qualifications:
Virginia or Compact Multi-State License in good standing (Virginia License not required to start).
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse
Basic Life Support (BLS)
RN-Diploma, ASN, BSN, or MSN from an accredited school
CPR certification
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
