Job Description

 Job Summary 

Seeking an experienced HR professional with a demonstrated record of rolling up their sleeves to deliver results. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence and fostering a positive work environment across Studios and key locations worldwide. Your mission is to engage and retain top talent by cultivating a positive work culture, driving employee engagement, and enhancing professional growth. You will provide support to the Head of HR, assisting in the development and execution of global strategies, corporate-wide plans and programs. 

 

 Essential Functions and Responsibilities 

 Training and Development: 

  • Identify and assess current and future training needs. 
  • Create, implement, and maintain skills and training matrices for all departments. 
  • Develop KPIs to measure the effectiveness of training and development initiatives. 
  • Coordinate annual mandatory training programs. 
  • Maintain all training files, ensuring compliance with regional laws and regulations. 
  • Collaborate with teams to create career progression opportunities. 

Performance Management: 

  • Lead and manage the performance management process. 
  • Provide training on performance management process and tools. 
  • Updated tools and process based on feedback. 

Culture Management: 

  • Develop and execute initiatives aligned with the company's values and mission to foster a positive and inclusive culture. 
  • Promote employee well-being, satisfaction, and morale. 
  • Facilitate team-building activities and events, including quarterly meetings. 
  • Incorporate Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) practices into all aspects of the company. 

Onboarding: 

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive onboarding program for new hires. 
  • Create resources, guides, and materials for onboarding processes. 
  • Organize and conduct new hire inductions for all new hires. 
  • Gather employee feedback and conduct surveys to measure the effectiveness of onboarding processes. 

Employee Engagement: 

  • Establish and oversee engagement programs to enhance employee satisfaction, retention, and NPS. 
  • Gather employee feedback and conduct surveys to measure engagement levels. 
  • Implement programs to increase employee NPS. 
  • Develop and implement strategies to address unique needs and challenges of remote employees. 

HR: 

  • The employee will also assist in developing company policies and researching global markets for expansion. 
  • Support HR with any other key initiatives 
  • Maintaining HR dashboards and Reporting 

 Qualifications 

 

 EDUCATION: 

● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.

EXPERIENCE: 

● Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, training, or project management. 

● Strong project management abilities with a track record of program development and implementation. 

● Ability to use data to make informed decisions and convey a compelling narrative. 

● Relevant certifications in HR, training, or related fields are a plus. 

● Experience working with entities in various regions, including Mexico, South America, and the European Union. 

● Knowledge of global labor and employment laws, including Mexico, South America, and the European Union are crucial. 

Physical Demands and Work Environment 

● The ability to routinely sit; stand; walk; talk and hear; use a keyboard; stoop; twist; reach; lift; bend; and travel to clients’ offices. 

● Some travel is required.
