Enterprise Content Management | IBM CMOD- 53024
We have an immediate long-term opportunity with one of our largest clients for a position of Enterprise Content Management | IBM CMOD, to work in Johnston, RI Dallas, TX OR Phoenix, AZ
Responsibilities:
- Develop and configure customizations for IBM Operational Decision Manager (ODM) implementation.
- Perform CMOD and TSM administrator tasks such as installation, configuration, maintenance, upgrade, and performance monitoring.
- Handle production requests/tickets and provide resolutions within accepted SLAs.
- Create and configure CMOD objects such as applications, application groups, and folders.
- Monitor, analyze, and resolve issues in various maintenance processes.
- Coordinate with IBM to raise tickets for CMOD and related product issues.
- Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and code deployments across server environments.
- Participate in customer meetings to understand requirements and propose CMOD solutions.
- Analyze new products like IBM Filenet Records Manager for records retention management.
