Title: Marketing Administrator

Reports to: Marketing & Customer Experience Manager

Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Starting Pay: $27.47/hr.
Non-Exempt + Potential Quarterly Bonus

Summary: We are looking for a Marketing Administrator to support the storytelling of our two brands, Innovize and Excel Scientific. Innovize is at the forefront of medical device contract manufacturing, while Excel Scientific specializes in microplate sealing films and foils. In this role, you will contribute to the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns for each brand. Your role will involve utilizing your creative and analytical skills to support the distinct and critical brand identities. You will assist in maintaining our online presence, ensuring consistency across various platforms, and help coordinate trade shows to boost our market visibility in both sectors. This position is ideal for a team-oriented individual who is ready to contribute to the marketing efforts of our brands.


Duties/Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Assist in the implementation of marketing initiatives across multiple channels, ensuring each campaign is executed effectively and efficiently.
  • Support the management of the company's online presence by updating content and imagery on each brand's website, collaborating with our website vendor to resolve issues, and assist in optimizing the site for user engagement and SEO performance.
  • Coordinate all logistical aspects of trade show participation, including booth setup, promotional activities, and post-event follow-up, to enhance the company's visibility and lead generation efforts.
  • Develop content for social media, handle the scheduling and publishing across various platforms, and contribute to the analysis of performance metrics to improve audience engagement.
  • Support the execution of marketing campaigns, track their progress, and assist in analyzing their impact, providing insights for future marketing activities.
  • Ensure consistent branding across all internal and external materials, helping to maintain the company's brand identity and alignment with our core values and market positioning.
  • Other marketing duties/responsibilities as needed.

Training/Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in a marketing role
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Familiarity with campaign automation software
  • Graphic Design Proficiency - Adobe suite of products preferred (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • PC skills, specifically with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) plus ability to learn new and proprietary systems
  • Continual attention to detail while completing multiple tasks at a time
  • Experience with a CRM platform desired
