Job Summary/ Essential Job Functions:
Must have previous customer service and call center experience. Requires sound knowledge of Word, and Excel in addition to excellent communication skills. Use computer databases and information technology systems to research information needed to respond to and track the progress of responses to customer inquiries. Send escalation emails and create service requests for unresolved matters that need fur.
