Position: Bilingual Call Center Representative

Pay: $17 - $18 (Based on experience)

Job Type: Full-time

Hours: M-F, 8AM - 5PM

Location: Katy, TX 77449 (100% Onsite)


A Day in the Life:

A Medical Customer Service Representative provides empathetic and efficient assistance to patients, addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a positive experience with healthcare services. This person will also be translating for Spanish speaking patients.

  • Working all inbound calls from patients with a variety of questions
  • Scheduling any patients for their appointments
  • Familiar with all insurance carriers, government and commercial
  • Transferring any calls to a different department if necessary
  • Ability to answer any patient questions and work within EMR system (ECW)
  • Verifying all demographics for patients and accessing medical records if necessary
  • Translating calls from English to Spanish and vice versa


Requirements:

  • Comfortable and familiar with call center environment - 1 to 2 years of experience
  • MUST be Bilingual in Spanish
  • Strong customer service skills
