We hire the best, and now is your chance to join our growing team. We are looking for a self-motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our Customer Care team! Beginning pay is $16/hr with bonus opportunities. We also have time differential pay for hours worked in the second shift and on weekends.


This position will handle customer contact through incoming calls and involves helping our customers with scheduling appointments, getting technicians to resolve their home service concerns, and answering customer questions about their home warranty or home contracts. This position will also be responsible for outbound calls to customers about products, promotions, and scheduling service calls. Minimum two years of call center experience is required. Meeting and exceeding customer expectations with a positive attitude and sunny disposition required.


A hybrid remote work schedule after the training period is complete.


We have our next training class scheduled at the beginning of May.
