300 Grill Team Member

The Food Service Worker will assist the manager with food/meal preparation; maintain cash receipts and meal records. Assist manager in completing daily reports. Maintain high standards of quality in food production, sanitation, and kitchen safety practices.

• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Lexington, KY 40526: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Basic math: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: In person

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Operate grill equipment and maintain proper cooking temperatures
- Ensure food is cooked evenly and meets customer specifications
- Monitor food inventory and replenish supplies as needed
- Clean and sanitize work area, including grill, utensils, and equipment
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Experience:
- Previous experience as a grill cook or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of basic math, including retail math, for measuring ingredients and calculating portion sizes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with team members
