Our Miam-base client is looking for an Entry-Level Management Trainee to join their Sales team. They are committed to nurturing talent and providing comprehensive training programs to develop future leaders in sales and management.

Responsibilities:

• Learn and implement effective sales strategies to promote and sell our products in a B2B environment.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and assistance.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
• Assist in the development of sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
• Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
• Provide feedback and insights to management to optimize sales strategies and processes.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong passion for sales and a desire to pursue a career in sales management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence others.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is an asset but not required.
