We are currently looking to add an exceptional individual to our Atlas Chiropractic Team! The ideal candidate will be professional, pleasant, dependable and efficient. A strong work ethic and desire to learn is required. Training will be provided and no medical experience is necessary!

The office is warm and welcoming but it is also a fast paced environment. This position requires a person with strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task. As a valued member of the team, you will be able to contribute to the group at weekly meetings. This is an enjoyable and rewarding position for the right person!

32-40 hours per week. Full-time position. Seeking a long term hire.

Candidate must speak Spanish.

HOURS WILL VARY but MUST be available and willing to work from 7-7 Monday through Friday.

Experience:

• Front Desk/ Receptionist experience preferred
• Insurance experience is preferred
• SPANISH SPEAKING PREFERRED

Administrative Duties

• Greeting visitors
• Scheduling patients
• Answering phone calls
• Updating patient health records
• Organizing front desk
• Translating

Financial Duties:

• Processing Payments

Team Environment:

• Working alone and with a team

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
