Job Description
Metro Property Management is looking for a full time custodian to work with the custodial team maintaining our Residential & Student Housing.
40 hours per week. Monday-Friday 7:30 am-4:00 pm
You will be working independently on assigned locations to ensure a clean work area. Other key responsibilities and duties:
- Clean and maintain fitness areas
- Vacuuming hallways
- Disposing of trash
- Clean glass doors and window sills
- Sweep and maintain clean stairwells and stairways
- Clean and supply restrooms
- Keeping an inventory of cleaning supplies and ordering them as needed
Must have: reliable transportation
Strong work ethic
Time Management Skills
Ability to effectively work independently
