Job Description
```Role
As a Shift Supervisor (also known as Production Supervisor, Manufacturing Supervisor), you'll oversee 2nd shift operations, supervise line performance, ensure adherence to quality and safety standards, and maximize equipment performance. You'll also conduct repairs, train staff, maintain a clean, safe environment, and document production.

- Two-year degree or significant experience in area of discipline.
