Payroll Processor

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years experience as a Payroll Clerk or related role.
• Intermediate MS Office applications specifically MS Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel.
• Attention to details.
• Ability to multitask.

Description:

You'll oversee end-to-end payroll processing, communicate effectively with employees worldwide, and coordinate with third-party agencies. • Responsible for end-to-end payroll processing (Process and review monthly timesheets and coordinate payment with third-party payroll agency) and communication with employees in various global locations.
• Communicate with third-party payroll agency to coordinate movement of new hires, resignations, terminations, bonuses, promotions and salary increases.
• Maintain attendance and leave records for all personnel to ensure employee data impacting payroll, is efficiently and accurately captured in the payroll.
• Generate reports for internal use and external service providers.
• Review, respond to and close employee queries or requests pertaining to payroll.
• Coordinate Company’s benefits and Pension plan, including enrollments, changes, transfer, and terminations.
• Reconcile benefits statements and invoices for medical, disability and group life insurance for final approval.
• Maintain and update employee files.
• Assist visa agencies by providing necessary documentation for visa process.

Our client is a leader in the development and supply of Single-Point Mooring (SPM) systems and is engaged in research involving new and improved tanker mooring systems and associated components. Projects range from preliminary design studies to major engineering, fabrication, and procurement projects that include installation and commission. Projects supplied by the company include marine terminals for product import/export, turrets, tower yoke, and spread moorings for tanker-based floating production, storage and offloading (FPSO / FSO) systems installed in the water a depth ranging from 30 feet to 5,000 ft.
