Job Title: : Product Manager - CTRM Support

Location: Salisbury, MD ( onsite)

Duration: 12 Months

Job Description:

Skills | Must-Haves:
* 3-5+ years of professional experience
* must be local or willing to travel 4 days per week to Salisbury, MD (travel costs will be 100% covered by Publicis)
* Agtech and/or CTRM experience
* strong SQL experience
* excellent written and verbal communication skills -- this person with engage with end users daily

Nice to Have Skills:
* Crystal reporting experience
Job Summary:
Functional support - how to questions
Troubleshooting of system issues
Coordination with users, ION and other areas of IT to test and execute database scripts
Process and configuration support for new or updated business processes
Crystal report fixes and projects
Might be able to help with interim state during the phased project
Conform to the current support processes but also improve them to match the future state support for DycoTrade
Primary support needs are 7:00 am - 5:00 pm Eastern

Required skills

Excellent verbal and written communication
Friendly and outgoing demeanor. They will need to engage with users or they will continue going to their old support people.
Agtech knowledge preferred. CTRM knowledge could be substituted.
Strong SQL knowledge
On-site in Salisbury (at least for several months)
