Job Description

Sterling Medical is seeking dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs), Licensed Master Social Workers (LMSWs), and Master of Social Work (MSW) professionals to join our team in New York City. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to provide crucial discharge and clinical services within on-site clinic health units/shelters on behalf of Asylum Seekers. Reporting to the designated Site Lead, you will play a pivotal role in delivering direct care, coordinating discharge planning, and providing mental health treatment.Part time and full time positions available.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver direct care to individuals in need.

- Coordinate discharge planning processes.

- Provide mental health treatment and support.

- Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.

- Maintain accurate documentation of services provided.
