Storm ReNU is looking for individuals with Sales Experience Ready To Own a Prosperous Business with no investment requirements. This is an sales owner rep opportunity.

We are an exterior construction company focussed primarily on Roofing, Siding, Gutters and Window replacements. Projects are covered through homeowners insurance claims due to hail and wind damage. Making the sales process easier than other sales positions. No Hard Closing or Forced Sales.

We are looking for sales people that want to own their own business and are rewarded for their efforts: The ideal candidate is someone with past experience in car sales, service industry, retail and or call centers. Really there is no one persona that makes a good sales owner rep. Rather there are traits of successful sales entrepreneurs. Dedication, ability to learn, passion for others and honesty.

This is a Great opportunity for those looking to own their own business. Average Gross Sales for 1st year owners is $435k and 2nd year average is 1.4 million per year. Pay is very competitive, up to 50% of gross profit on all sales. Owner Sales Reps make $80-125k in their 1st year + have a flexible schedule. Top Owners in their 2nd year make $150-250K plus per year and have winters off if they desire.

Some construction experience is ideal but not necessary - we have several sales owner reps jump from other industries and find immediate success. This is a contact sport and those that are successful are out-going and willing to start conversations. We provide industry and sales training both in-office and in the field to help you jump start your business.

Your location is throughout the Mpls/St Paul Twin Cities Metro area. No out of town work, some weekends as required by the customer. Owner Applicants must have a driver's license and personal vehicle: is required.
