A Quality Control Inspector / Quality assurance Inspector is responsible for making sure that our final product meets a set of standards. The duties include examining shipments of inventory and raw goods, measuring the specifications of random items in each production run and training team members to refine production quality.
-Verifying that the assembly or production line adheres to standards and procedures and complies with requirements.
- Recording inspection results by completing reports, summarizing re-works and wastes and inputting data into quality database
- Training the production team on quality control measures to improve product excellence.
- Proposing improvements to the production process
- Determining the causes of product defects and reworks
- All specialty items and customs parts/orders have been confirmed and checked.
Coordinate Shipping:
- Verify pallet count, equipment and accessories to be shipped.
- Update shipping status.
- Meet shipping deadlines.
- Coordinate between production and shipping.
Component verification:
- Verify that all materials, equipment, and components to be used are correct and verified.
- Coordinate with shipping department to ensure that all items have been checked and all accessories have been included in the shipping pallets and all orders are completed and ready to ship.
- Coordinate picking, packing and shipment of parts order request.
- Verify shipping status and ship dates.
- Coordinate and update the sales team with order status, availability, shipping time, etc.
