Transaction Advisory -- Lender Services Leader

Redpath continues to grow and we are adding a Lender Services Leader to our Advisory practice!  In this role you can expect to:

• Partner with clients to identify and manage credit risks by performing reviews of our client's target company and the assets that are part of a lending transaction
• Leverage your strengths in project management and team leadership and oversee successful completion of project work plans
• Foster a network within the business community and serve as an ambassador of Redpath in the market
• Successfully pursue business development opportunities and identify and implement strategies to obtain new work
• Identify opportunities to integrate product solutions and resources to improve client service capabilities
• Continue to increase your knowledge related to lender due diligence including the latest trends and developments
• Contribute to the preparation of client proposals and strategies to win business 
  

What you will need to be successful:

• Bachelor's or graduate degree in finance or accounting
• 10+ years experience in internal audit, consulting, assurance services, or related field both in professional services and industry
• Professional certification such as CPA, CIA, FRM strongly preferred
• Demonstrated experience with auditing in the areas of credit risk, controls, and reporting for different asset classes
• Prior lender due diligence experience including translating and communicating lender due diligence issues to client personnel including executives.
• Prior securitization/structured finance experience in a variety of asset classes
• Knowledge of receivables accounting and related transaction processing
• Expertise evaluating collateral, the target company's processes, reporting capabilities and quality of data associated with those assets
• Prior experience working in a fast-paced, client service focused, consultative work environment
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite applications with specific emphasis on Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
