Job Description

A Warehouse Team Lead is responsible for ensuring that frontline workers perform work duties safely and efficiently. Team Leaders are hands-on with their team and assist other employees in daily warehouse/shipping operations.

Pay: $16.25/ hr.

Schedule/ Shift Times Available:

11:30AM- 8:00PM

Responsibilities:

Receive and inventory incoming and outgoing freight.
Manage the flow of freight.
Quality Control: Be involved in receiving inspections and final inspections.
Implement work instructions for all tasks.
Understand and manage storage and inventory.
Integrate coaching into warehouse operations.
Immediately address non-conformance to safety issues.
Ensure an environment where unsafe acts and conditions are identified and eliminated.
Provide daily hands-on support for the department.
Drive compliance with safety, quality, and productivity goals in support of warehouse leadership team objectives.
