We need an extremely reliable and detail oriented individual who is dedicated to doing a good job. You must have the ability to learn about our products, keep an organized flow of orders and be quick on the computer. The ideal candidate will have a “can do” attitude, be smart, and self-driven.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Order Fulfillment

Place purchase orders with vendors to fulfill customer orders
Coordinate work plan to meet project requirements
Communicate with customers to update project completion timeline

Project Accounting

Review and enter bills expenses for projects
Monitor receivables and assist with collections

Customer Service

Communicate with customers via phone, email, and live chat to answer questions regarding products and services
Support sales team with tasks such as lead generation, follow ups, warranties and returns

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION:

Excellent organizational skills; attention to detail, and accuracy
Deadline-oriented with proven scheduling and time management skills
Strong communication skills and service orientation
Proficient in documentation and reporting
Dependability, persistence and independence
Computer skills including word processing, Excel, Quickbooks, Salesforce
Customer service or sales experience a must
Completion of post secondary training in Management/Communications/Sales/Marketing with 1 – 3 years relevant experience
