Are you a skilled paralegal with a passion for defending clients facing bankruptcy proceedings? Broward County law firm is seeking a talented Bankruptcy Defense Paralegal to join their team and advocate for clients' rights and financial interests.
**Objective:**
As a Bankruptcy Defense Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in assisting attorneys in defending clients against bankruptcy actions. Your expertise will be instrumental in conducting thorough research, preparing legal documents, and ensuring clients receive the highest quality representation.
**Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with attorneys to develop defense strategies for clients facing bankruptcy.
- Conduct detailed research on bankruptcy laws, regulations, and case precedents.
- Assist in drafting and filing legal documents, including motions, objections, and responses.
- Manage communication with clients, creditors, and court personnel.
- Prepare clients for bankruptcy hearings and trials, providing guidance and support throughout the process.
