Job Experience:

· Recent cash handling experience required

· Proven customer service experience required

· Computer experience in a Windows based environment required

· Minimum of two years recent experience working with computer data base applications required

· Excellent oral and written communication skills

· Proficient with the business office computer applications

· Ability to develop knowledge of the Company's Customer Service Standards

· Ability and willingness to make decisions mutually beneficial to our customers and Company

· Ability to work effectively in a team environment

· Excellent time management skills
